Courier Services Glossary
This is the estimated time of the courier arrival. Sometimes you will be asked for an ETA for the courier, and sometimes the customer has already been given an ETA for the courier before you get the job.

An courier express job is one where the courier consignment has to be delivered as quickly as possible, and often an expected delivery time (ETA) will be given for the courier parcel.
Export permit
A legal document that is necessary for the export of goods controlled by the government of Canada, specifically goods included on the Export Control List or goods destined for countries on the Area Control List.
Export quotas
Specific restrictions or ceilings imposed by an exporting country on the value or volume of certain exports to protect domestic producers and consumers from temporary shortages of the goods affected or to bolster their prices in world market.
